The Canadian Digital Media industry is a new and small industry in comparison to many of the countries economic staples. However, when we look at it from a global impact perspective Canada has had significant influence on the evolution of digital media over the last 20 years with companies such as Rim and sites like Flicker just being the tip of the possibility’s iceberg.
Going forward this market has exciting potential that should be communicated and promoted for the success that it is and will be. The purpose of this blog will be to sample just some of what is going on (the good, the bad, the ugly,etc) and add to the channels that bind this industry and allow it to evolve an identity of it’s own.
